Whole-house interiors
A period hallway opening into a black-and-white chequerboard entrance — tall panelled doors, a limewashed dresser, a framed oil and a single lamp doing the work of a whole light fitting.
A snug seen through Crittall-style glazed doors: olive-green alcove joinery, a gallery wall of prints, a clay-red roman blind and a cast-iron radiator kept rather than hidden.
Soft furnishings & styling
A deep green velvet sofa under a cottage casement, layered with floral and gold cushions between two glass wall lights — soft furnishings specified for the room they sit in.
Full-length linen curtains on a slim black pole beside a bay of wooden blinds, with a built-in alcove of oak shelving styled back to the same palette.
Kitchens, bedrooms & detail
A kitchen corner where it counts — a book-matched marble splashback, a honed dark worktop and a single styled board, proving detail beats decoration.
A child's room in deep teal with an oak bed, a map above the headboard and a black reading light on the wall — grown-up colour, designed around family life.
Gardens — KB Landscapes
An oak-framed garden room over a sandstone terrace, looking out across lawn to mature trees, with clipped standards and lavender edging the gravel path.
The same house from the lawn: the pergola reading as an outdoor room against the white render, a curved bed of new planting drawing the eye round the garden.
A small rear garden rebuilt: a stone retaining wall holding a new raised bed, gravel and paving laid to a seating terrace, and young planting put in to soften the fences — a KB Landscapes build.
